Electrogravitics: Gravity Control & Energy from the Aether

Back in the 1940's and 1950's much work was done on electrogravitics, a technology that offered gravity control and energy from the aether. In mid-1959 it went into black projects, and all discussion of it in publications ceased. This is what I know of it and how I know of it.
