to find the correct engineering explanations,i had to research subwoofer voice coil construction.thats where this magnetic tech info is hiding.

166 bundles times 24 feet for each bundle.thats gonna be alot of wire to handle the wattage.im going to connect the bundles in parrallel to protect from current overload.

i may not go with 166 bundles if they will not fit into amp connectors.the wire is the diameter of almost coarse hair.so thats what my limit is.the diameter of connector is about number two pencil.

i started making the 24+,actually 25 ft runs.from the start, the last wrap of wire on spool was sinched in axle.i got it loose but pulled out other strands in process.eventually ending in a backlash.i got about 14 runs before i couldnt get any more wire off spool.spool of 32 awg is ruined. i taped up the 14 wires and wrapped and taped them to steel coil core. i pulled back some of spool lip to see if i could recover some of wire but backlash goes all the way to axle.improper tension during winding does that. well i just threw away about thirty dollars worth of copper.im bummed.now to order and wait on another spool of wire.hopefully not delivered by goddamn usps! hopefully not spooled up wrong. the more i think about it,the more i think the spool was slammed on its end.i noticed late box had been severely abused on end.i think its poor shipping of delicate wire.i think my next roll will be overnighted.

happened again with this new spool. guess ill buy it in smaller amounts.that way if i have to throw away wire.it will be lesser amounts.68 dollars a roll for a pound overnightted. the spool was wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in box.no damage to box.so its reasonable to say it wasnt a shipping accident.i cant give up on remington ,ive got to complete this using their wire.that way all is documented for future analysis.plus they got 200c° wire.highest temp wire for the price. ive emailed remington for advice on unspooling this wire.maybe im ignorant of a special technigue.

ive been using a screwdriver to spool the wire off with.this may be creating vibrations that are causing the wire to backlash.i may have to make it stationary and level to prevent this issue. im still going with smaller spools though.

im at work slinging cardboard boxes from maintenance department when i come across this box.seems the factory has a conveyor that uses a van der graaf motor.this is the company originally created by the man who created the van der graaf generator. Attachments:

12vdc fully charged lawnmower battery, magnetic coil, amp, jacks to blutooth dot, dot.function generator app and ultimate emf app to sense magnetic field. we got function! i was able to create spikes on emf app using 40 hz on function generator app using square waves.i havent tested sawtooth yet. thing is im not getting air flow yet.im gonna buy more wire and another amp.im getting 900-1000 milligause spikes at two inches.i may need ten setups to get 20 inches.or go with a higher voltage.i may even as a side bar,try using spiral copper tubing and let it function like a caduceus.its sold already spiraled.let it short out on tubing.
anyways,i got performance from coil.id video it but both phones are being used to run it and monitor it.

i wanted to just throw something up to let folks know.as sometimes im real busy and dont have alot of time.im kinda in shock that it worked as i planned.proof of concept basically.ill need more amps and more turns of wire.a way to send a signal to multiple amps.more batteries to power the amps.at some point ill have the magnetic field size to really pull ions.thats the goal.im not done testing with my basic setup either.i just turned it on for about five minutes.afraid i might burn something up.wires of coil were not hot though.thats a good sign.i also had battery fully charged.i intend to put it back on charger and see what my loss is for five minutes.i may even hook charger up and see if its effected or adds more wattage to car amp.this car amp stuff is new to me so im taking baby steps.
