Astromut has put out a couple of vids of him tracking it with his telescopes.its a very small dot at this point as its so far away.only for a second can you see the glint of it reflect while he uses his tracking software on it.astro invented his own tracking software a few years back and now i suspect its the primary software used by most space companies and agencies.i remember the first day he started working on.if you ever meet him, just remember, hes kinda a snob. It seems thats the kind nasa prefers to hire.

No ideas off-hand. At least not for telescopes. Just for solutions to the psychopaths in control.

Teams have successfully completed the burn to start @nasawebb on its orbit of the 2nd Lagrange point (L2), about a million miles (1.5 million km) from Earth. It will orbit the Sun, in line with Earth, as it orbits L2.

Yesterday, Webb entered its orbit around Lagrange point 2, or L2. That’s about a million miles away, and a whole lot farther than Hubble’s low-Earth orbit at just about 340 miles (547 km) up.
Infrared light = heat To capture faint infrared wavelengths of light, Webb needs to be colder than Hubble. Detecting heat from faraway objects means Webb has to shield itself from the Sun, Earth, & Moon's infrared radiation – so it needs to be a lot farther out than Hubble! Hubble orbits just above Earth’s murky atmosphere. Webb orbits the Sun with Earth. From its perspective, the Sun, Earth, and Moon will always be in the same part of the sky, allowing its enormous sunshield to block their light and keep the telescope cool.

Sweet! I know all about the Lagrange points, Dad was into such things and taught Me a lot. Haha!

I'm surprised! Yeah, I even read a few scifi stories that discussed things put at one or another lagrange point.

the telescope will wear out before it ever finishes mapping the sky.a human lifetime. but it should also be able to see surfaces of planets,it does have that high of detail.but so did hubble and we never got moon shots with it.we should be able to see the surface of pluto.we should be able to see the surface of the planets of the closest star system if this telescope is really that good ,as above clip shows.

somethings up with nasa.im getting closeups of planets on my twitter feed just as james webb comes out.james webb is infrared.these pics ive never seen.these are hd or better. this pic shows what supercritical pressures can do.odds are most of that down there on the surface is liguified gasses or strange chemicals created under supercritical pressures and temps.a chemical engineers heaven and hell.only robots could survive down there.

this just means its the oldest that still exist,it doesnt prove the big bang.the universe could be older than we can imagine and recycle.like finding an old tree in a forest.pretty cool though.

There are Ones who say "red shift" does not indicate distance or age... And I for One do not support the "big bang." Eric Learner's book, The Big Bang Never Happened, gave Me enough data to give very low probability to it.

Can You offer specifically why You think this is fake? Not saying it isn't, but would like Your reasoning. I do ponder what's going on there. Seems it's a live thing? Yet is just Them adding pictures? I don't know what's going on with that.
