the foodstamp office is the child protective services office.one of the first trouble i encountered in titus county.full of mafia.they stalk two year old children for the foster family scam.the way it works is attack a poor family and kidnap the children.the foster family then gets on average 2000 $ per kid in state benefits.the foster family then molest the kids and gives a kickback to the reelection campaigns of the judges over the courts.
this same office does food stamps.my disabled wife filed for the card a year ago and never got it.then the mental health clinic took her to the local office and was with her as she filed two months ago.the card was suppose to be here at first of month.its now been two months and its the end of the month and they still havent sent it.
