in these current days,its a future employees right to request a background check,physical,drugtest,education,psych exam of the ceo of the corporation.
its a matter of due dilligence to know if ones boss has a criminal background,is a crackhead,is being blackmailed,is politically compromised,has a proper education for the task of leading you the employee.
i suspect an employer application should be created and printed enmasse for printing companies like staples.this way employees can then have a simple document to hand back during application time.

the drug test for the ceo or owner can be bought at walmart and supplied with the employer application at that time. the future employee at his/her/she,he, it shit, can at their discretion decide if psych exam and physical are needed to be set for appointment by an outside proffesional contractor.

the employee is currently in a rare situation.its an employees market not an employers market. most people dont realize the leverage they posess.
this employer application provides a document of proof of the employees leverage at the outset of the application process.
